WARRANTY CLAIMS

How to Claim

Warranty claims will only be handled through the appropriate channel which is email. If you do not supply all of the requested information, your claim may be rejected. For all claims please email to support@lustti.com together with any additional information that might be helpful in considering your claim.

Machines

  • Duration: 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers unexpected failure/defect of all parts/components that may not be attributed to fair wear & tear.
  • Eligibility: The claimant must be the original owner/purchaser produce a receipt to prove the date of purchase. The parts/components must be free from any modification.
  • Process: This is a back to base warranty, i.e. the customer is fully responsible for returning the machine at their own cost. In most cases this will not be necessary & we will send you a replacement part(s) to rectify any issue. You will be responsible for shipment costs and the parts will be supplied free of charge.
  • Note: If your unit falls outside the warranty period, we will still carry out repairs on the Product with the necessary spare parts charges, but free service fee.

IMPORTANT – Maintenance:

Your machine comes with the necessary tools to keep it in top condition. Issues like loose components are typically not covered under warranty, as regular maintenance using the supplied tools is expected. Regularly check nuts and bolts to ensure nothing is loose.

Evidence Required:

When you make a claim, you must provide photographic evidence of the machine and the issue, including close-up shots of any failed component(s). In some cases, you may need to send the failed part/component to our head office for inspection at your own cost.

Warranty Returns Address

This will be supplied once we have reviewed your claim. In most cases, sending your machine back will not be necessary, as we will send you replacement part(s) to rectify any issue.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days if you decide you do not want your item. The item must be unused, unfitted, and in its original packaging.

Conditions:

  • If returned items are damaged in transit, you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs.
  • If a package is returned to us or refused, we reserve the right to charge incurred shipping costs, which may be up to 30% of the item’s value, even if unopened.
  • Ensure you package your item well for return and keep any proof of postage or collection.
