All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China (the CA Warehouse and NJ Warehouse are in preparation and will be put into use in 2022) , Lustti currently ship to almost all countries in America, Europe, Oceania also Asia.

We endeavour to despatch items as soon as possible after receiving a confirmed order. There usually a 24-48 hours processing time.

Free DHL / Fedex / UPS shipping on orders over $199! Delivery time is about 3-7 working days.

Exceptions may be made to this policy during holidays, sales and promotional events, and other special circumstances (including weather or disaster closures)

In most cases additional charges, taxes, duties, will not be necessary.

For Europe countries, Australia, South Korea etc. dildos may be shipped separately by post service, due to their obvious ‘sex toy’ nature.

When we get the shipment tracking number from the shipping company, we are going to fill it into our website platform, which you will automatically receive it via email (please allow an additional day or two for the tracking information to be updated).
